Frontcrawl Workshops

Specifically designed front crawl workshops to improve skills, with each session focusing on a different aspects of the stroke to help you sharpen your technique

The workshops are designed for triathletes and front crawl swimmers who are aiming to participate in a triathlon or swimming event later in the season, They are also perfect if you just want to improve your skills. Taught by both swimming coaches, and triathlon coaches, you will be well equipped for the season.

These workshops are a fantastic opportunity for you to improve your swimming skills and get ready for the summer season.

Please make sure you bring your goggles, and feel free to bring a hot drink for afterwards.

We understand that everyone has their own preferences, so please wear what is required for your event, or what you feel most comfortable in. If you prefer to wear a wetsuit, please make sure it is suitable for swimming, not surfing.

You must be comfortable swimming front crawl with your face in the water.

Workshops are £30 each.

The sessions will be interactive and start on land, with the first part focusing on theory and the second part on practical training in the water.
