Full Moon Wellness Evenings

Celebrate the Full Moons with us for an evening of Yoga and Guided Swimming at Cliff Lakes. Create internal equilibrium through the harmony and balance the full moon brings by taking time for yourself to re-centre holistically in the beauty of the outdoors. 

We have partnered with holistic health practitioner Emily to deliver a relaxing evening of wellness. 

For Emily, Yoga is a way of life to maintain strength and mobility, to manage pain and discomfort and control unhelpful thoughts. 

The Outdoor Swimming Company will be coaching mindful guided swims. Celebrate energetically with us spending time in the water to rebalance, and enjoy the long summer evenings.

This guided swim is open to all abilities and you will be accompanied by our team in the lake. Coaching tips and tricks will be on offer, and we encourage swimmers to enjoy the quiet, calm and nature at Cliff Lakes after opening hours as well as sharing social time and cake afterwards. 

We will be splitting into two groups – please can you let us know in the booking comments if you would prefer a longer swim or a swimble. 

Investment: £30 per person.

What to bring: Yoga mat (or large towel), comfy clothes for yoga, swimming togs, tow float (if swimming with no wetsuit), swimming hat and goggles.
