Celebrate the Harvest Full Moon with us for an evening of Yoga and Guided Swimming at Cliff Lakes. We have partnered with Josie Field to deliver an evening of yoga and guided swims.
In 2017, Josie completed her Yoga Teacher Training course, focusing predominately on Vinyasa and Yin yoga with a background in Iyengar. Josie will be delivering a beautiful evening practice and believes that modern stress levels contribute to a large amount of health problems that can be improved though the regular practice of mindful yoga. Like Caroline and Tim, Josie also lives on a narrow-boat and finds living this way brings her closer to nature and inspires her yoga practice.
The Outdoor Swimming Company will be coaching mindful guided swims. Celebrate energetically with us spending time in the water to rebalance, and enjoy the long summer evenings.
This guided swim is open to all abilities and you will be accompanied by our team in the lake. Coaching tips and tricks will be on offer, and we encourage swimmers to enjoy the quiet, calm and nature at Cliff Lakes after opening hours as well as sharing social time and cake afterwards.
We will be splitting into two groups – please can you let us know in the booking comments if you would prefer a longer swim or a swimble.

What to bring: Yoga mat (or large towel), comfy clothes for yoga, swimming togs, tow float (if swimming with no wetsuit), swimming hat and goggles
