Workshops
A series of three workshops in May at Cliff Lakes. Workshops will focus on improving front crawl swimming skills, with each session focusing on a different skill to help you sharpen your skills for the summer season ahead.
The workshops are designed for triathletes and front crawl swimmers who are aiming to participate in a triathlon or swimming event later in the season, or are still perfect if you just want to improve your skills. Taught by both swimming coaches, and triathlon coaches, you will be well equipped for the season.
You must be comfortable swimming front crawl with your face in the water.
Workshops are £30 each or join all 3 for £75.
Each session lasts 75 minutes. You can choose to attend all three workshops or select the ones that suit you best.

As part of your booking, you’ll receive a swimming hat. Please make sure you bring your goggles, and feel free to bring a hot drink for afterwards.
We understand that everyone has their own preferences, so please wear what is required for your event, or what you feel most comfortable in. If you prefer to wear a wetsuit, please make sure it is suitable for swimming, not surfing.
Please note that the bar will be open on Saturdays at Cliff Lakes, but not on Monday evenings.
Looking forward to seeing you in the water.
